FRIDMAN GROUP works at the stage between future vision and engineering implementation — defining what must exist before it can be built.
The discipline at the core of FRIDMAN GROUP follows a natural progression: from complex infrastructure projects — scope, cost, independent review and capital protection — to strategic foresight and the architecture of autonomous systems and algorithmic independence.

Founder & Managing Director, FRIDMAN GROUP LLC
Experience includes work associated with project documentation, scope, quantities, cost estimates, project review and contractor identification for complex industrial and civil infrastructure — including environments associated with industrial facilities, civil infrastructure, nuclear power facilities, military facilities, military airfields and cosmodrome-related infrastructure. This experience relates to project documentation, scope, quantities, estimates, project review, cost analysis and owner-side functions.
Algorithmic independence is not only a software problem. At national and industrial scale it becomes a problem of physical infrastructure, energy, communications, facilities, resources, supply chains, capital and implementation. The same discipline used to decompose, quantify, cost and independently evaluate complex physical infrastructure can be applied one level earlier — to determine what infrastructure a country, industry or autonomous system will require before engineering begins.
That is the bridge between the founder's project-delivery background and FRIDMAN GROUP's current strategic direction: one methodology, applied at a higher level of abstraction, to a new class of strategic problem.
