Activate Your Barter Opportunity

The initial submission and review are free. After review, selected opportunities may be accepted for active development — a focused 90-day engagement in which FRIDMAN GROUP works to develop and coordinate the transaction.

What active assignment includes

A 90-day barter assignment.

An active assignment is a defined period of work on your specific opportunity. During the engagement, FRIDMAN GROUP carries out:

Opportunity analysis

Detailed analysis of the product opportunity you have provided.

Exchange research

Active search for potential exchange options against your opportunity.

Transaction development

Development of a workable barter structure between the parties.

Negotiation coordination

Coordination of the negotiation process between the parties involved.

Activation fee

$2,500 for a 90-day barter assignment.

The activation fee is payment for the work FRIDMAN GROUP performs during the active assignment period. It is not a payment for a guaranteed result — barter transactions depend on factors outside any single party's control, and no outcome is promised.

Every active assignment remains subject to sanctions, restricted-party and export-control screening. FRIDMAN GROUP does not begin or continue an assignment where compliance is unclear or where a transaction would not be permissible.

Start with a free submission.

Active assignment applies only after your opportunity has been submitted and reviewed. There is no cost to submit.
