Tell us about your company and product
You share what you make, where you sell today, and your U.S. ambitions.
FRIDMAN GROUP helps international manufacturers navigate U.S. market entry without requiring traditional cash payment for our professional fees. Qualified manufacturers may use their own products to settle our fees — preserving cash for production, logistics and mandatory third-party expenses.
Your inventory is an asset. Use it to finance your expansion.
Selling into the United States can require more than a good product. Depending on the product, manufacturers may face U.S. regulatory requirements, product documentation, certifications or testing where applicable, labeling and import requirements, U.S. representation where required, and coordination with specialized providers — all before the first sale. On top of that sits the cost of professional support, which traditional consultants expect to be paid in cash, upfront, long before any U.S. revenue arrives.
Traditional market-entry consulting requires manufacturers to spend cash before they generate U.S. sales. FRIDMAN GROUP offers qualified manufacturers another option: instead of paying our professional fees entirely in cash, approved manufacturers may settle those fees with their own products.
This preserves working capital for what only cash can cover — production, logistics, testing, certification, government fees, mandatory third-party expenses and other market-entry costs — while your existing product assets carry the professional fee.

Your product assets can cover FRIDMAN GROUP's professional fees while you preserve cash for other market-entry needs.
FRIDMAN GROUP coordinates and executes the agreed market-entry scope. We do not promise or guarantee any regulatory approval — that decision rests with the relevant authorities, not with us.
Depending on the assignment, our work may include market-entry assessment, regulatory pathway research, documentation coordination, product and labeling requirement research, coordination with laboratories, certification bodies, customs professionals, attorneys or other specialists where required, communication and project coordination, import preparation, commercial market-entry planning, and distributor, buyer or market-channel research where included in the assignment.
FRIDMAN GROUP is not a law firm, customs broker, certification body, laboratory or government agency. We manage and coordinate the process and perform the work we can perform directly, bringing in qualified specialists where required.
For a manufacturer with valuable products, paying professional fees in product is not a discount — it is a different way to deploy existing assets. It allows you to preserve working capital for production, logistics and expansion while using products you already manufacture to fund professional market-entry services.
Professional fees may be settled in approved products, subject to product evaluation and individual project terms. Product acceptance and settlement value are determined individually. Government fees, testing, certification, legal services, customs services, logistics and other third-party expenses, when required, are addressed separately as part of each individual project structure.
Your submission is confidential.
